Cecelia Becker, 78, St. Cloud
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church for Cecelia M. Becker, 78, formerly of 106-28th Ave. N. who died Thursday at Talahi Care Center.
The Rev. David Maciej will officiate. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Williams Funeral Home. Christian Women will pray at 6:30 tonight at the funeral home in St. Cloud, followed by parish prayers at 7.
Cecelia Becker was born May 25, 1917, in Pierz to Mathew and Mary (Otremba) Schnurrer. She married Edward Becker May 1, 1939, in St. Joseph's Church, Pierz. She was a resident of St. Cloud for more than 45 years, and a member of St. Anthony's Christian Women and St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
Survivors include son and daughters, Ronald, Bonnie Lahr, and Beverly Dohrmann Henkmeyer, St. Cloud; sisters and brother, Leona Johnson and Adeline Brausen, St. Cloud; Eleanor Brausen, Pierz; Irene Weber, Sleepy Eye; Reinhard, St. Paul; Florence Szyszka, Iowa; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 1981; and brothers, Frank and William.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Gary and Kevin Dohrmann; granddaughter, Amy Becker; Herman Will, Robert Johnson, and Jerry Berg.
